Stamp Out Diabetes in your Life - Exercise for Diabetics

Take the hard out of exercise and replace it with enjoy!
I was born with dislocated hips and eczema so any cardiac exercise was out of the question for me
- the sweat would aggravate my eczema and my hip problem stopped me from running, jumping etc.
I found pleasure in swimming and did a lot as a child and still love to do this today. Another exercise I loved was dancing to fast music and I still love doing this today also.
So for me, exercise was not just about running, walking etc., but for incorporating movement that I enjoy.
When I began research on this dreaded disease, I didn't realize how important exercise was - especially if my diet consisted mainly of carbohydrates - you know I didn't even know what they were.
I stumbled upon a web site that gave me approximate times of how long to exercise for any given food eaten. For example, one 50g packet of plain chips equals 258 calories and 17g of fat. A 35 year old female who weighs around 65kg, would have to either swim for 22 minutes or jog for 30 minutes or cycle for 40 minutes or walk for 72 minutes to burn that amount of fat and energy.
Well that got me thinking for sure, about how much I would need to exercise if I ate that pack of chips - at nearly twice that female's age. Even more so, how much exercise I should have done to have burnt all the food I consumed yesterday. Wow! No wonder I was piling on the weight!
And so, it was off to the doctors for referrals to a Personal Trainer who helped me come up with an exercise plan that would not place too much stress on my joints, but where I still got at least 15 minutes cardio each day. We also worked on exercises that could be undertaken whilst sitting down - little thing like wriggling your toes, shaking your leg, drawing circles with your feet every 15 minutes, will help to keep the blood circulating and also help with eliminating blood clots. I remember when I was in hospital having my hip replaced, the nurses kept telling me to do this.
This eBook is all about the exercises I performed each day to help rid myself of type 2 diabetes. I actually enjoyed doing them because they incorporated swimming and dancing. This exercise plan is not for everyone, but if you are diabetic and sit for long periods of time each day, it could help you immensely. Why not purchase your copy today for the low price of $20? Happy exercising you!
