Stamp Out Diabetes in your Life - Nutritional Value Information

Very helpful, effective, easy way to adjust portions
So what's this all about then?
Well, all this came about because I wanted to monitor what I ate!
This is a full list of nutritional information for every ingredient used in my 30-day menu - including organic and fatty acids, minerals, vitamins, amino acids and more.
What's so unique about this information booklet is that you can adjust the quantities of each ingredient if you are going over or under your recommended daily intake (RDI).
I first became fascinated with nutritional information when I discovered that protein was formed by a combination of amino acids and although there are only 20 or so of these little babies (nine of which are essential and must be supplied by the food we eat), our bodies can produce enough different types of protein to keep us rocking.
I've spent a year or two developing this eBook, yet it never ceases to amaze me how different foods supply our daily needs and how all this food is broken down into single molecules of glucose for our cells to absorb. But this job becomes increasingly difficult for our bodies to perform if we continue to eat more of one type of food without exercise.
I have highlighted the elements phosphorus, potassium and sodium in this eBook because if you are diabetic and have also developed kidney problems, then these elements are the ones to watch out for. They can be adjusted so that you stay within your recommended daily intake.
This eBook was invaluable to me as it helped me realize how much rubbish I was eating before I developed my 30-day menu. When all this rubbish was broken down, I saw the difference in nutritional value and how much was turning to fat instead of energy.
I discovered the different types of amino acids that make up insulin, why insulin is needed to open our cells for glucose to enter and what happens if there is not enough insulin for this process to take place. By knowing the amino acids that make insulin, I could seek similar food sources that help to lower blood sugar - like black tea, for example.
If you're really serious about reversing your diabetes, I would most definitely consider this $30 purchase. I know you'll go 'wow', and use it everyday as I do. Here's to your health, my diabetic buddy!
Cheers
